Wants to tell more about me…..

Okay then!!! lets get started…I started this blog in 2019 as a creative outlet for me to express my love for food eating and cooking. It was Naveen’s suggestion to start this blog so that I could have a record of all my recipes. I thought it was a good idea since it would also help me kill some time.At that time, I did not have a work visa and was struggling to pass time in this new country.I had never baked a cake in my life till 2 years back and I know it’s difficult to believe it considering the number of baking recipes I have on the blog!.I fell so much in love with the art and science of baking that now I literally live and breath.

Too many times I’ve come across stuff in cookbooks with ingredient. My mother and my granny is a good cook and she tells me cooking tips.I remember that when i invited my husband colleague’s family to my home for the dinner and I prepared fish fry and chicken Masala gravy. These family loves my food and his wife gifted me a cookbook and baking stuff.she told me you are great cook and you have a magic in your hands. So I try to feature everyday real food at home with everyday ingredients you can find at grocery stores.I am a big fan of Kunal Kapoor (Indian Masterchef ), Multi-Michelin Star Chef Gorden Ramsay(British Chef).I watched each and every episodes of Hell kitchen nightmares.I wanted to visit Gorden Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen  restaurant at Caesars Palace which is located in Las Vegas (USA). I heard a lots of good reviews on this restaurant, so my husband planned for it and we visited this restaurant on our wedding anniversary. As a fan of the show I had high expectations. I was not disappointed. Did the 3 course signature menu with fried chicken sandwich, Jidori chicken scallopini. and sticky toffee apple pudding dessert..It was so delicious and Excellent presentation.I want to share picture of our wedding anniversary celebrated @ hell’s kitchen ☺️.

I am not a chef, not a trainer just lots and lots of trials and errors while I make mistakes and learn as I go along in the kitchen. As we know “No one is perfect”.I want to try a new recipes and share with you.If you tried my recipes and loved it(or even if you didn’t),let me know!!!.Also feel free to share my recipes, photos to your friends and family.I will definitely try my best…

Now, Lets go and have a fun in the kitchen 😉✌🏻!!!!!.
