Magical Chocolate Phool Surprise.

One of My favourite TV show is Amul Masterchef India it’s an Indian cooking based competitive reality television series, which inspires lots of people. This recipe is inspired by chef Kunal Kapur’s Phool Surprise recipe presented on Masterchef TV show season 5, I tried this recipe in my style and named as “Magical Chocolate Phool Surprise” it’s made with blueberry cheesecake and Ghewar(artistic desserts in Indian Halwai). I was amazed, when I saw this dish. Initially I taught it would be difficult but when I started preparing, it came out to so beautiful and very delicious too. I took this challenge and prepare the recipe. I have uploaded the full video of recipe on my youtube channel. And also shared the step by step process of this recipe.
