Today I made this crispy spicy and juicy cauliflower wings! so delicious, great for the summer and easy to make.These addictive crispy baked buffalo cauliflower wings are a hit with both vegans AND meat eaters! i made homemade BBQ sauce which is very tasty and tangy.

Ingredients for BBQ SAUCE
Butter – 2 tbsp
Chili Powder – 1tsp
Garlic Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Chili Flakes – 1 tsp
Vinegar/ lemon juice – 1 tsp
Chili hot sauce – 3-4 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Ingredients for wings and for batter
Cauliflower – 1 Head
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Water – 2 cup
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Directions of bbq sauce
- In saucepan add 2 tbsp of butter.once butter melted add 3-4 tbsp of chilli sauce. I am using ching’s chilli sauce.Mix it well.
Adjust spice level according to your need. - Add chili powder, chili flakes, sugar, salt, crushed black pepper. Mix it well.
- For sauce thickness add corn flour.
- For tangyness add vinegar or lemon juice.
- BBQ sauce is ready. keep aside.
Directions of batter
- In large bowl add maida then add chili powder, salt, crushed black pepper.Mix it well.
- Add water in parts. make sure no lumps appear.
- Batter should not be too thick or thin.
Directions of cutting cauliflower
- Take 1 head cauliflower.
- Remove bottom part of cauliflower.
- Slice the cauliflower in half.
- Seperate the florets using hand.you can use knife if necessary.
- Seperate the florets from stem.
- Make small pieces of cauliflower for more crispness.
- Cut and clean the cauliflower florets and wash drop them into hot salted water.
- Wash the cauliflower. remove access water from the cauliflower.
Directions of making wings
- Dip the cauliflower into the batter. coat it well.
- Lightly shake off excess batter of each piece and place in the breadcrumbs.
- Gently roll around to coat well and place on baking sheet.
- Heat oil for frying on medium heat.
- Once oil is hot fry the florets. Fry them for 6-7 min until crispy and browned.
- Place the florets on a tissue paper. fry the remaining cauliflower florets.
- Pour sauce on fried florets.
- Combine until all the florets are well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped onion leaves and sesame seeds.
- Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
