  • Sunflower Seeds (1/4 cup): A great source of selenium and vitamin E.

  • Pumpkin Seeds (1/4 cup): Loaded with zinc, magnesium, and iron for hair strength.

  • Chia Seeds (2 tbsp): Full of omega-3, fiber, and protein.

  • Flaxseeds (1/4 cup): High in lignans, biotin, and omega-3 fatty acids.

  • Peanuts (1/4 cup): magnesium, vitamin E, Iron, zinc, and potassium

  • Cashews (1 cup): zinc, vitamin E and copper

  • Sesame seeds (1 cup): copper, vitamin B

  • Step 1: Roast the Ingredients
