  • 1 Banana (chopped)

  • Cashews (soaked overnight)

  • Pistachios (soaked overnight)

  • Pumpkin Seeds (soaked overnight or use as a garnish)

  • Sunflower Seeds (soaked overnight or use as a garnish)

  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

  • Walnuts (soaked overnight)

Directions

  • Soak all the nuts, seeds, and dates in water overnight. This not only softens them for blending but also enhances their nutrient absorption.
