One of my favorite starter “chicken lollipops “.When I was in Kolhapur I went to one of favorite restaurant and I ordered chicken lollipops.i loved that taste of chicken.i made this chicken lollipops at home.This is a fusion of of indo-chinese style.

Ingredients For marination
1 tsp of Ginger garlic Paste.
1 tsp of Chili Powder.
1 tsp of Garam Masala.
salt as per taste.
lemon juice.
1 tsp of vinegar.
Ingredients for Coating
2 tsp of All purpose flour.
2 tsp of corn flour.
1 tsp of black paper powder.
1 tsp of lemon juice.
Ingredients for seasoning
1 Small Onion.
1 tsp of ginger and garlic Chopped.
1 tsp of soya sauce.
1 tsp of chili sauce.
1 tsp of sugar.
1/2 cup of water.
Directions for marination of chicken.
- Slice full size chicken wings into 4 parts along with joint.
- For the drumettes cut the circumference of the thin end so the bone and meat are no longer connected.
- Then push down the meat so drummettes becomes a lollipops.
- In chicken put vinegar, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, sugar, salt.
- Mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 1 hr.
Directions for coating.
- In bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, salt,black paper powder and some lemon juice.add some water in parts.
- Make the thick consistency of the batter.(no thick no thin batter).

- Once the chicken marinated put them into the coating batter.
- Put coated chicken lollipops into the hot oil.deep fry it.once it turn into the golden brown color take it out from oil.
Directions For seasoning
- In medium sized pot heat oil, put ginger garlic chopped, onions chopped.
- Once onions are cooked put soya sauce, red chili sauce.
- Then put fried chicken lollipops and add some spring onions.
- Yup!! its ready to serve.Garnish with spring onion, chopped onion and some lemon juice.Enjoy……
