Thursday morning I prepared some healthy breakfast which is best for diet.I searched many kind of weight loss recipes but I found some simple and healthy.now I started eating this breakfast recipe every morning.I want to share you this recipe.I made salad, some brown bread ,apples and guavas. For salad preparation I took chopped lettuce with sweet corn, mushrooms, croutons, royal cedar dressing, mozzarella cheese , black pepper,avocado pieces.its awesome breakfast who wants to lose their weight.

Ingredients for salad

  • 1 lettuce chopped.

  • 1 tsp sweet corn.

  • 2 tsp fried mushrooms.

  • Some Romano Croutons.

  • 1 tsp Royal Cedar Dressing.

  • 1 tsp Black paper Powder.

  • 1 tsp Mozzarella Cheese.

  • 1 Avocado Pieces.

  • salt as per taste.

Directions

  • Take Chopped lettuce in bowl.Then add all above ingredients and mix it well.
