Avocado milkshake is a healthy and creamy shake made from only 3 ingredients ripped avocado, sugar and milk.Its not only healthy but delicious too. I first tasted this avocado milkshake after my marriage before that I is too think it’s not that tasty, one day me and my husband went to Orion Mall(one of the famous mall in Bangalore, Karnataka) for Diwali shopping. I was so tried & thirsty, wanted to have some Fruit Juice. So we went to the Fruit Juice Centre, @Juice Centre there are so many options to drink so i was bit confused what to drink and my husband suggested to have avocado milkshake when I tasted this milkshake it was so delicious and I liked it too much. This Milkshake is also called Butterfruit milkshake. Avocado fruit has buttery flesh and no need of ice creme for making milkshake. This fruit flesh bring smooth texture into shake. If you are on diet don’t forget to add almonds or walnuts into your shake. Use Honey instead of sugar. A easy to make, light and frothy drink in a minutes.😋😋

Ripped avocado.
Almonds for garnish.
2 tsp of Sugar.
Chilled Milk.
Mint leave for garnish.
Directions
- Choose ripe avocado.if the avocado is hard it means its unrip.if the avocado is too soft then its over ripped.if the avocado soft yet little firm then this avocado is ready.
- Cut the avocado into 2 parts.remove the big seed.
- Take out the pulp using spoon and place it into the blender jar.
- Add Milk and sugar into the blender jar.
- Blend until it becomes smooth texture.
- Avocado milkshake is ready ..pour it into glass.
- Garnish avocado milkshake with almonds and mint leaves.
