Blueberry is my favorite berry and always love to have with any sweet dishes.This dessert is the blueberry mousse and it’s simply delicious, no need of gelatin, agar agar powder and it’s completely eggless.Blueberry and chocolate is the best combination so these mouse is served in with a chocolate bowl which is fruity, light and perfect for summer.you should try this out if you like the mousse or blueberry.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blueberries, plus more for garnish.

  • 1 tsp of sugar for blueberry syrup.

  • Water.

  • 200 gm of Heavy Whipping Cream.

  • 2 tsp Sugar for whipping cream

  • Chocolate- for garnish and making bowls.

Step 1: Blueberry Syrup

  • In a small saucepan, mash the 1 cup of blueberries with the sugar and salt and bring to a simmer over moderate heat. Cook, stirring, until jammy, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and let it cool down.
  • Once cool strain it using strainer.

step 2: Whipping Cream

  • In Kitchen Aid bowl [ You can use hand mixer] take 200 gm of whipping cream.
  • Whip it until it becomes soft peaks.
  • Take some whipped cream for decoration.
  • Mix blueberry syrup into whipped cream.

Making Chocolate Bowls

  • Melt some dark chocolate into the bowl.
  • For bowl take small glass bowl and wrap it using aluminum foil.
  • Pour Melted dark chocolate on top of the bowl and spread it evenly.
  • Cool down for 10min. Once its set gently remove foil.

Directions of serving

  • In piping bag add blueberry mousse cream. I am using round tip for this.
  • Again in another piping bag add whipped cream. I am using flower tip for this.
  • Take the chocolate bowl and pipe blueberry mousse. On top of the mousse pipe whipped cream.
  • For garnish add blueberries, mint leaves and chocolate.
