Celebrations is one of the happiest moment of every one’s life. When we and my husband want to celebrate some special occasion then I prefer to make a Chicken Manchurian. One of my favorite recipe, we enjoy this appetizer with glass of margaritas. This is a best and one of the most favorites appetizer for any non-vegie lover’s. It’s an Indio-Chinese recipe. It’s delicious, when a hot fried chicken is dipped in Manchurian sauce. And also best part of chicken Manchurian is, it look alike Gobi Manchurian where most of vegetarians get confused. I still remember when my college veggies friend’s asking me is it a Gobi Manchuria, and me telling nooooooo!!, it’s an Chicken Manchurian.  Today I am going to share a chicken Manchurian recipe which is yummy delicious and mouthwatering Chinese Food.

Ingredients

  • 250 gram of Chicken Breast.

  • Oil for frying.

Ingredients for MARINATING

  • 1 tsp of vinegar.

  • salt as per taste.

Ingredients for coating

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour.

  • 1 cup of corn flour.

  • 1 tsp of black paper powder.

  • salt as per taste.

Ingredients for seasoning

  • 1 chopped onions.

  • 1 chopped bell paper.

  • chopped onion leaves.

  • 1 tsp black paper powder.

  • 1 tsp of soya sauce.

  • 1 tsp chili sauce.

  • 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.

  • 1 tsp of tomato ketchup.

Directions for marination

  • In bowl take chicken breast chopped (medium size).add vinegar and salt.
  • Mix it well and keep it in refrigerator for 1 hr.

Directions for Coating

  • In bowl take all purpose flour ,corn flour , black paper powder and salt.mix it well.
  • Then add water in parts.make sure your batter should be in medium thick consistency.(no thick no thin).
  • After 1 hr of marination add chicken breast pieces into the batter.
  • Put it into the hot oil.Deep fry it till it turns into the golden brown color.

Directions for seasoning

  • In pan heat 2 tsp of oil.Once the oil heat put chopped onions, bell paper,ginger garlic paste.
  • Once the onion cooked put soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce and chili powder.
  • Mix it well.then add fried chicken breast.
  • Add some chopped spring onions.
  • Cook it well for 5 min.chicken Manchurian Is ready to serve.
