Ingredients

  • 115g cream cheese 

  • 35g icing sugar

  • Bread

  • 1 cup Diced mango

  • 2 tsp butter for frying 

  • 1 large Egg or custard powder

  • 60 ml Milk 

  • 2 tbsp granulated Sugar

  • 2-3 drop Vanilla extract 

  • FOR BREAD COATING:
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 

  • 2 tbsp granulated Sugar 

Directions

  • Take crème cheese and icing sugar in a bowl and mix it well
  • Cut the sides of the bread and flat them out using rolling pin! then grab your cream cheese and sugar mixture and put them on one side of the bread and then put some diced mango &place them on top of the cream cheese
  • In a bowl add egg/custard powder, sugar, milk and vanilla wiz them all together 
  • Add the rolls to milk mixture and making sure all sides are coated.
  • Take the frying pan and put some butter after that add this rolls fry them until it turn into golden brown color
  • In bowl take sugar and cinnamon powder mix it well then dip rolls into it.make sure it fully covered.
