All of you guys love the masala paan after lunch or dinner.Using this masala paan I prepared masala paan balls.Recently my husband office had ‘potluck office party’.That day I prepared pan balls. Everyone appreciated me for this recipe.i want to share this recipe with you.its awesome dessert.it is very delicious sweet made from betal leaves (paan). and condensed milk filled with gulkand,dry fruits and coated with desiccated coconut.these balls can be stored into refrigerator for 5-6 days.its very innovative and quick recipe. Definitely try this recipe at home..

Ingredients
1 tin Milk Maid(Condensed milk).
200 gm Desiccated Coconut.
Gulkand (Rose petals Jam).
1 tsp Cashews chopped.
1 tsp Almonds chopped.
1 tsp Pista crushed[Optional]
1 tsp Sweet Dates [Optional].
Edible green color.
Betal Leaves 2-3 finely chopped.
Ghee.
Lets Begin with the recipe ..
Wash the Paan Leaves and Remove stem of the Paan Leaves then chop.
Directions to make
- In a Blender Take milkmaid and chopped betal leaves. Blend until it combine well. Add some green food color if you want.
- In a pan heat some ghee then add 200gm of desiccated coconut. Shallow fry for 2-3 min.
- Pour milkmaid and betal leave mixture into the desiccated coconut.
- Mix it well until mixture becomes thicken.
- In another bowl take gulkand, dry fruits. mix it well.
- Once the milk made mixture cool down completely take some ghee on your palm.take a spoon of dough mixture and Roll it. make flatten it out. fill Gulkand inside the Center of a dough. Bring together the all edges. again make roll out of it.
- Roll this ball into the desiccated coconut and Put cheery on top of the paan ladoo.
