Calling all the mango lovers 🥭🙋🏻‍♀️.This is mango mousse with whipped cream ,mango cubes and mint on top.its perfect summer dessert.its fruity,light and just melt in your mouth. No need of gelatin, agar agar powder and it’s eggless. All you need just 3 ingredients.

The beauty of making this mango mousse is that you can enjoy it all year round using fresh mango puree when mangoes are in season or  canned mango pulp when they are not.

Here is the MANGO MOUSSE CREAM that you can whip up if you want that special dessert or if you have unexpected guests coming for dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mango Puree – 2 cup

  • 2 tsp of Sugar.

  • 200 Gm of heavy whipping cream

Directions of making

  • It all starts with whipping the heavy cream.
  • Whip the cream until soft peaks. It will take around 5-8 minutes to achieve that consistency.
  • Take some Whipped cream for garnish.
  • After that add mango puree and sugar in the whipped cream and blend it until it get smooth peaks.
  • Mango mousse is ready to serve. if you want you can refrigerate the mousse.
