Ingredients

  • 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon , chilled.

  • 3/4 cup fresh strained lemon juice , chilled.

  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar (more or less to taste).

  • Ice and fresh mint for serving.

  • Soda.

Directions

  • Place the watermelon into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  • Then add sugar , lemon juice.
  • Mix it well.Take a serving glass. Dip the edges of the glass in lemon juice then in salt. You will get a nice garnishing.
  • Fill up the glasses till half with drinking soda.
  • Garnish each glass with a wedge of the melon and serve immediately.
