Laal Bhaji recipe is easy recipe from Maharashtra.This is one of the comfort food for most of the maharastraian. It perfectly goes with Chapati and Jawar Bhakri.

Ingredients
1 bunch of Red Spinach / Laal Bhaji.
2 Garlic pieces.
Salt as per taste.
Water.
1 tsp of Oil.
Directions
- Take fresh Laal bhaji / Red spinach
- Separate leaves from stalk, then wash it properly. it helps remove dirt from the leaves
- Finely chop the red spinach leaves.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil into pan. once oil is heat add crushed garlic. Fry this for 1-2 min till golden brown.
- Once garlic gets golden add chooped spinach leaves.mix it well.
- Add salt as per taste. then add small amount of water into the bhaji.
- Cook it for 5 min on low medium flame.
- Serve this bhaji with chapati and mango pickle.
