Laal Bhaji recipe is easy recipe from Maharashtra.This is one of the comfort food for most of the maharastraian. It perfectly goes with Chapati and Jawar Bhakri.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Red Spinach / Laal Bhaji.

  • 2 Garlic pieces.

  • Salt as per taste.

  • Water.

  • 1 tsp of Oil.

Directions

  • Take fresh Laal bhaji / Red spinach
  • Separate leaves from stalk, then wash it properly. it helps remove dirt from the leaves
  • Finely chop the red spinach leaves.
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil into pan. once oil is heat add crushed garlic. Fry this for 1-2 min till golden brown.
  • Once garlic gets golden add chooped spinach leaves.mix it well.
  • Add salt as per taste. then add small amount of water into the bhaji.
  • Cook it for 5 min on low medium flame.
  • Serve this bhaji with chapati and mango pickle.
